days worked.
We also pay half the cost of a one-day clinical orientation to ensure that
the professionals we supply become familiar with your facility. We can also
assist you in developing an orientation manual to further acclimate our staff.

Stringent Requirements
To assure the quality of our staff, we have stringent requirements.
Each of our professionals must have a minimum of one year of
clinical experience. This experience must be recent.
Each must be willing to maintain an advanced level of proficiency
through continuing in-service training. We require an annual
commitment to no less than 12 hours of continuing education in any
area of specialty.
Each of our professionals must undergo a rigorous hiring process that
includes:
- Interview screening
- Examination
- Drug testing
- Reference checks
- Background checks
- License verification
But we do not stop there. We also submit our staff to an orientation
program to ensure that they are familiar with your procedures.When we place staff at your facility, we expect you to evaluate
their performance. Any reported concerns receive immediate follow-up action and resolution.
