Since we believe that each client has different needs, the RN Supervisor conducts thorough orientation on every client plan of care before the assigned staff provides care in the client's home.
To further ensure the quality of our services, MPI's on-call RN is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week providing clinical direction and guidance to direct care staff whenever necessary. You can sleep soundly at night knowing that a nurse is only a phone call away.
